Products, availability and pricing
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is confirmed. A product may become unavailable even after being added to the shopping cart.
Orders and verification
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Marvelle may contact you to verify the order, delivery address or product availability. We may decline or cancel an order affected by incorrect information, unavailable stock, suspected misuse or an obvious pricing error. If payment was already collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct payment and billing information. Online payments may be processed by authorised third-party providers under their own security and processing terms.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change because of location, weather, public holidays, courier conditions or events beyond our reasonable control. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Risk in the product passes to the customer after successful delivery.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Order cancellation depends on the fulfilment stage. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Hygiene-sensitive, used, customised or final-sale items may not be eligible except where they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Website content and acceptable use
Marvelle branding, photographs, writing, graphics and website content may not be copied, resold or used commercially without permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, submit false information or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
